FAQ — Fiorella Digital Talent
FAQ

Actual answers to actual questions.

The things people ask us on discovery calls, written out honestly. If your question isn't here, email us at [email protected].

Getting started

Do I need experience, followers, or equipment to apply?

None of it. Zero experience, zero followers, and a phone is all that's required to start. Our whole service model is built around women starting from scratch.

Do I have to live in the Phoenix metro?

No, but it's strongly preferred. The studio sessions and coaching are much more effective in person. If you're outside the Phoenix metro area, we can still work together — but our production support will be more limited, and we'd rely more heavily on self-shot content with our editing and management support.

Do I have to be "model-pretty"?

No. Full stop. Our whole brand is built around the opposite of that. Real, relatable women consistently earn more on these platforms than glossy "model" types — subscribers want a real person, not a polished image. You being yourself is the point.

What if I'm nervous about this?

Every single applicant is nervous. That's normal. The discovery call exists specifically to answer your questions and help you decide on your own terms. No one is going to pressure you. If you talk to us and decide it's not for you, you walk away free of charge, no hard feelings.

Can I apply if I already have an OnlyFans or Fansly account?

Yes. In fact we often see better early results with creators who have an existing account — we can pick up where you left off, optimize the setup, and accelerate growth. On the application, just let us know your current earnings range so we can plan accordingly.

Money & commission

What's the commission structure, exactly?

40% to Fiorella, 60% to you, for the first 90 days (our Founding Creator rate). Day 91 onward, it's 45% / 55% on a month-to-month basis. No setup fees, no production fees, no success bonuses. You pay a percentage of net platform revenue — only when you earn.

How does payment actually work?

Your earnings from OnlyFans or Fansly go directly into your own bank account — we never touch them. Once a month, we send you an itemized invoice for Fiorella's percentage along with a report of earnings and services performed. You pay us via ACH within 5 business days.

This structure keeps you in control of your money at all times, removes co-mingling risk, and gives you a clean audit trail.

Are there any hidden fees or add-ons?

No. The commission is the whole deal. No charges for shoots, edits, account management, coaching, or tech setup. The only thing you might pay separately is if you request something totally outside our standard package — like a custom website build or a brand deal negotiation. Those would be quoted and agreed upfront.

How much can I actually make?

We don't promise numbers. It's both legally and ethically wrong for us to do so. What we can tell you is that first-month earnings for brand-new creators typically range widely — from a few hundred dollars to several thousand — depending on niche, audience, consistency, and how much raw content you contribute between studio shoots. We'll talk through realistic expectations on the discovery call.

How long is the contract?

90 days initial term, then month-to-month. After the initial 90 days, either side can give 30 days' notice and end the arrangement. No long lock-ins, no cancellation fees. If you leave, the content you created stays with you.

What happens to my content if I leave?

It's yours. You keep the full edited library of everything we shot together. Your platform accounts are in your name. Your earnings reports are in your records. We don't hold your work hostage — that's the whole point.

Privacy & safety

What if someone I know finds my content?

This is the question almost every applicant asks. Here's the honest answer: there is no way to make adult content 100% invisible to people who know you. But there are tools that significantly reduce the risk, and we use all of them.

On the discovery call, we'll walk through stage names, geo-blocking (hiding your content from specific states or zip codes), face visibility choices, platform privacy settings, and content strategy. You get to decide what level of exposure feels right. Nothing posted before you approve it.

What if I don't want my face shown?

Completely your call. We've planned for faceless creators from day one. Lighting, angles, cropping, and set design can all be built around face privacy starting from your first shoot. Some of the highest-earning creators in this industry never show their face.

I'm scared my friends or family will see sexy photos of me on Instagram or TikTok. What do you do about that?

This is the #1 fear we hear, and we take it seriously. You have three layers of protection and you choose the mix:

1. Go fully faceless on public platforms. We can run your entire Reddit, Twitter/X, TikTok, and Instagram promo plan using body shots, over-the-shoulder angles, hands, lingerie details, or stylized cuts — zero face. Your actual OF/Fansly content can still be full-face (or faceless, your call).

2. Use a stage name + scrubbed profile. Separate email, separate accounts, no links to your real life.

3. Geo-block your hometown. Block specific states, cities, or zip codes on OF/Fansly so people in your area literally can't see your paid content.

Nothing is 100% — we won't pretend otherwise — but the combination of these three significantly reduces the risk. We walk through the full plan on the discovery call.

How do you keep my personal information private?

Your legal name, home address, phone number, and earnings are confidential. In internal documents we reference you by stage name. We use encrypted document storage for IDs and contracts. Only the two people working directly on your account have access to your information. We never share, sell, or forward your data.

Is my ID safe with you?

Your government ID is required by federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2257) for us to legally work together. It's stored encrypted, in a system accessible only to our designated records custodian. It's never emailed, texted, or uploaded to cloud storage outside that system.

Will Fiorella use my photos on this website or social media?

Short answer: yes, we reserve the right to use safe-for-work (SFW) photos of you on our marketing site and our own social channels to promote the agency. Your model release covers this. That's how we grow, recruit new creators, and keep the lights on.

What we never do:

— No nude, explicit, or suggestive imagery on FDTagency.com or our SFW social accounts. Adult content lives only on OnlyFans and Fansly.
— If you've opted into our faceless track, we never use face-visible shots of you in any public place — same rule we follow for your own promo.
— No using photos of you to promote third parties or run brand deals without a separate written agreement and a share of the fee.

You can withdraw consent on specific photos at any time with 30 days' notice for us to swap them out. We'll always err on the side of your comfort.

Production & content

What happens at a studio shoot?

You arrive at our Phoenix-area studio at your scheduled time. We walk through the day's shot list — the looks, sets, and styles we planned on your last coaching call. You change, we shoot, we give direction if you want it or stay out of your way if you don't. Most sessions are 2–3 hours. You leave with the promise of 50–100 edited photos and 10–20 video clips delivered within 5 business days.

Do you shoot nudity or explicit content?

Yes — that's the core of what we do. Roughly 95% of the content we produce is nude or explicit, because that's what pays on OnlyFans and Fansly. If you're applying, plan on nude/explicit content being the foundation of what we create together. If you're looking strictly for lingerie or tease-only work with no nudity, we're probably not the right fit — the earnings math on OF and Fansly doesn't work without it.

What you do control is the specifics. Particular acts, kinks, and scenes are your call, set during onboarding as your hard limits. Examples of things you opt in or out of: explicit masturbation, toys, anal, specific fetishes, different intensity levels. We never push past a limit you've set. You can tighten your limits at any time for future shoots (you can't un-shoot past content, but you can always rein things in going forward).

If any of this feels overwhelming, the discovery call is exactly where we walk through it one-on-one, no pressure.

Do you shoot with other performers?

Only with other Fiorella creators who have opted in — never with outside performers (no boyfriends, hookups, or anyone not under our contract). Girl-on-girl collabs between Fiorella creators are fully supported and are some of the highest-earning content on OF and Fansly. They also let you cross-promote to each other's audiences and grow both accounts at once.

Solo is always the default. Collabs are 100% opt-in, you choose who you shoot with, and nothing happens without your explicit yes. This keeps your 2257 records clean and you in full control of every shoot.

What do I send between studio shoots?

The casual, in-the-moment clips — the stuff that feels like "real life" to your subscribers. A selfie video in the morning. A clip from the car. A mirror shot trying on something new. You send us the raw files over a secure channel (Telegram or Signal), and we turn them into posted-ready content within 48–72 hours.

Who handles the DMs and chats on the platform?

You do, initially. We think every new creator should learn the rhythm of chatting with her own subscribers — it's where the real relationships (and real PPV sales) get built. Once we have a documented playbook for your account, we'll offer a chatter service as an upgrade. For now, we coach you on how to do it effectively.

Platforms & logistics

Which platforms do you work with?

Primarily OnlyFans and Fansly — those are where the money is for most newcomers. We also support FanCentro and LoyalFans for creators who want a secondary platform. We'll recommend the right starting platform based on your goals, content style, and audience.

Can I still work a day job while I do this?

Absolutely. Most of our creators have day jobs or are students. Part of our service is fitting around your real life — studio shoots are scheduled around your availability, and the ongoing management is handled by us so you're not chained to your phone.

How often do I need to come in to the studio?

Once a month for the main shoot. That's typically a 2–3 hour session. Everything else happens on your own schedule — sending raw clips, approving posts, handling DMs — from wherever you are.

What if I want to stop or take a break?

After the initial 90 days, you can pause or end at any time with 30 days' notice. If you need a short break — a vacation, a personal situation, a life event — talk to us. We'll typically accommodate a 30-day pause without ending the agreement, as long as you communicate.

How do taxes work?

You are an independent business. Your platform earnings are self-employment income. Fiorella provides you with monthly earnings and expense reports so you have clean records, but we don't prepare your taxes. We strongly recommend hiring a CPA with adult-industry experience — we'll give you recommendations if you need.
