Fiorella Digital Talent ("Fiorella," "we," "us," or "our") is a talent management and content production company operating from the Phoenix metro area, Arizona. This Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use (collectively, the "Terms") govern your use of FDTagency.com (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. 2. Age restriction

The Site, and Fiorella's services, are strictly limited to adults aged 18 years or older. By using the Site or submitting an application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. No person under 18 will be engaged by Fiorella under any circumstances, for any purpose, ever.

Fiorella verifies the age of every represented performer via government-issued photo identification and live selfie comparison prior to executing any representation agreement or producing any content, in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

When you use the Site or apply for representation, we may collect:

Fiorella does not promise or guarantee any specific income level, subscriber count, or platform outcome. Creator earnings depend on many factors, most of which are outside our control. Past performance by other creators, whether referenced in marketing materials or discussions, is not an indicator of future results for any individual.

4.5 Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIORELLA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

All models, actors, performers, and other persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct represented or produced by Fiorella Digital Talent were over the age of 18 years at the time such visual depictions were created.
