Most of what applicants are nervous about comes down to one question: who's going to be in the room with me? Here's the honest answer, end to end.
Before your first shoot — two planning sessions.
Once you're signed, we don't jump straight into shooting. We sit down with you for two recorded planning sessions, spaced a few days apart. The first covers strategy, contracts, and goals. The second covers comfort: your hard limits, your wishlist, what you want shot, what's off the table. Nothing gets booked until both are done and you've signed off.
Arrival at a private, residential studio.
The studio is a real house in the Phoenix metro — not a commercial studio, not a warehouse, not a hotel. Address is shared with you privately after contracts are signed. It's appointment-only, quiet, and discreet. Parking is private. Nobody knows you're there.
The only people on set are the two founders.
That's it. No random crew, no "friend who helps out sometimes," no one you haven't met. You'll know both of us before you arrive — we introduce ourselves on the discovery call and stay your consistent team. If you'd rather bring a female friend with you as a chaperone, you're welcome to. Many creators do for their first shoot.
The shoot itself — directed, but on your terms.
We walk through the shot list you approved at planning. You get as much or as little direction as you want. Anything you flag as "I don't like how that felt" gets cut or reshot. We take breaks whenever you need them. You have final approval on every photo and video before a single frame goes public.
You leave with a plan, not a question mark.
Before you walk out, we review what we captured, confirm what you want pulled or kept, and tell you exactly when edits will be back. Within 5 business days, your edited library is in a secure folder for your review.
The rules we hold ourselves to.
Never predatory.
We will not tell you that you need fixing, transforming, or improving to be worth investing in. You are the product. We help you earn from being yourself.
Never pushy.
No high-pressure DMs, no scarcity tactics, no "last chance" nonsense. If you need a week to think, take a week. We'll still be here.
Always transparent.
Our commission is stated publicly. Your earnings reports are itemized monthly. We don't hide fees or bury surprises in contracts.
Your content, your call.
You have final approval on every photo, video, and post. You set your hard limits before we ever shoot. We never push past them.
Privacy-first always.
Your legal name, address, and earnings are confidential. We discuss you by stage name in internal documents. Your information doesn't get shared — ever.
A real partnership.
Month-to-month after 90 days. 30-day notice. Your content stays yours if you leave. We earn our keep every single month.

Age verification
Government ID plus live selfie match before any contract is signed or any shoot is scheduled. No exceptions, ever.

We maintain full federal recordkeeping for every shoot. A designated records custodian is on file. This is non-negotiable.
Model releases on every shoot
You sign a release for every session, specifying exactly how the content can be used. You can revoke consent on unposted content at any time.
